Orders purchased through morenabonita.com qualify for returns within 10 days of delivery.
We currently do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory availability.
If your return meets the requirements below, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once your item has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following requirements:
• Original tags must be attached
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Hygiene liner must remain attached
• No stains, marks, odors, perfume, lotion, self-tanner, or any signs of wear
• Item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
